The DOUBLE 600 features a specially welded steel body structure that offers superior shredding capability against even the toughest and most voluminous waste. While offering a small footprint advantage due to its compact design, it facilitates operational processes with its user-friendly interface. The rigid structure of the body maintains stability during high-torque operations, guaranteeing long-lasting use.

Technical Performance and Rotor Technology

The machine supports two integrated working modes with its technical superiority:

• V-Type Rotor Design: Driven by a hard-toothed gearbox that offers high torque and low speed, the rotor provides more effective cutting by focusing the material toward the center with its V-shaped design. It performs progressive size reduction with 300 mm shredder and 350 mm crushing rotor diameters.

• Power and Speed Management: While performing coarse shredding at a speed of 73 rpm during the shredder stage, it brings the material to granule form at a speed of 570 rpm during the crushing stage. The 22 kW motor power and 2.2 kW hydraulic pressure system, optimized for both units, keep energy efficiency at the highest level.

• Blade Configuration: There is a system of 26 rotary/2 fixed blades on the shredding side and 6 rotary/4 fixed blades on the crushing side. This dual blade architecture allows the material to reach the final size within a single machine.
