1. Heavy-Duty Plastic Purges and Injection Scraps

High-density "purge" waste generated at the start or during shutdown of plastic production lines poses the greatest risk factor for standard shredders.

• Our Solution: The 90 kW high-torque motor and hydraulic pusher unit of the PROPLUS 1000 drive these massive masses onto the rotor in a controlled manner. Operating at low RPM, the blades shred the material without generating heat or compromising its molecular structure, ensuring the recovered raw material retains quality closest to its original form.

2. Thick-Walled Pipes and Profile Waste (HDPE, PVC, PP)

Shredding pipes with large diameters and high wall thicknesses from the infrastructure and construction sectors requires significant strength.

• Our Solution: Our wide internal volume of 1068 mm and 520 mm rotor diameter allow long and bulky pipes to be fed into the machine with ease. Vibrations generated during shredding are absorbed by our 10,800 kg chassis, providing quiet and stable operation.

3. Automotive and Electronic Waste (E-Waste & Composites)

• Our Solution: The "aggressive cutting geometry," consisting of 69 rotary and 35 scraper blades, rapidly pulverizes these complex materials. The scraper blades prevent elastic automotive plastics from wrapping around the shaft, preventing production downtime.

• Our Solution: Our blades are subjected to special heat treatment to remain durable even when processing wood containing metal contaminants.
