Advanced Hydraulic Pressure and Intelligent Control Unit

The PRO 1000 is managed by an advanced PLC control unit that responds dynamically to the hardness and density of the material. The high-performance 4 kW hydraulic pusher (Ram) integrated into the system presses the material to be shredded against the rotor at the most ideal angle, eliminating idle rotation times. Thanks to this intelligent feeding system, the machine protects itself against overloads while maintaining high-capacity and continuous operating performance.
