Advanced Automation and Hydraulic Feeding System

The PRO 1600 is managed by an advanced PLC control unit that keeps operational safety and efficiency at the highest level. This system reacts instantaneously to the thickness and hardness of the material, protecting the motor against overloads. The powerful 7.5 kW hydraulic pusher (Ram) presses the waste toward the rotor with constant and balanced pressure, eliminating the machine's idle running times and facilitating the achievement of tonnage targets.

Depending on requirements, 70, 105, or 140 specially alloyed rotary blades can be placed on the rotor. Supported by 12 fixed blades, this system creates a flawless shredding geometry.

• Drive and Power: The massive total drive power of 75x2 (dual-motor) 150 kW provides the capacity to shred even the most resistant industrial masses with high torque. This dual-motor structure extends mechanical life by distributing the load in a balanced manner.

• Massive Body and Stability: Its monolithic steel body, weighing approximately 11,000 kg, dampens the most intense vibrations that may occur during shredding. Having a massive structure with dimensions of 3800x3400x3600 mm, the machine has been built to maintain its structural form for decades.
